What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

Meet Your Inspector
Richard Preston
I am a certified and insured inspectors through Inspections Certification Associates and a member of InterNACHI that offers professional inspections. My job is to provide sellers or buyers with a prioritized list of safety upgrades and needed repairs. Home inspections are a valuable necessity because every home should be inspected for safety and to insure all home systems are properly working. I am on the customer side, to give an honest and informative inspection. I am here to help!

In addition, I will compile a comprehensive report, delivered online by email, documenting all of my findings, including images, references, and further details. This report will be available and delivered to you within 24 hours!
I use tools like thermal imaging to check for plumbing leaks, areas of heat loss, broken seals and more to ensure quality inspections for our customers! This allows me to see things that other inspectors can’t.
Thermal imaging is infrared imagery that helps me to find problems that aren't always apparent to the naked eye.
